For over a decade now, I’ve been collecting stationery that represents writing or jewellery, as they are the two things I have done for over half my life.
I culled the notebooks of covers I didn’t like. I unrolled them, kept the covers, and have been using the paper ever since.
You can see some of it here – My Writing Implements and Author Collections.
I also talked about my “author” collection of Murder, She Wrote and Castle, and for some reason, in 2025, I decided to start collecting author stationery, and then came across an abundance of it.
Over the next two months you will see my collections of kick-ass women authors, and my bad boy men authors.
Today, we start with Enid Blyton, and Astrid Lingdren’s Pippi Longstocking.
Paperblanks, an amazing stationery company, has done this range of Famous Five notebooks and bookmarks. I get most of mine from Amazon. Both are double sided.

I discovered these very old writing sets of The Famous Five by accident while googling for Enid Blyton staionery. The Smashing Notebook, and the Splendid Notes for Every Ocassion book.

Last year, Paperblanks bought out the Pippi Longstocking range. Foldover notebooks in multiple sizes, diarys, pencil boxes, pencils, bookmarks, bags and washi tape. I went with the small midi foldover notebook. It’s so freakin’ cute it’s ridiculous.

Next week is Virginia Woolf.
